Follow the 4 steps below to renew your Ministry Compliance Agreement:

 

   1.  Read the USA Child Protection Policy. (When finished reading, click on the back arrow at top left of page to return to this screen.)

  2.  Call 1-866-878-4182 and listen to the Protecting Today's Child recording, or view the video below.

 

  3.   Read the CEF Statement of Faith, and enter your name and date on the form.  

        Don't forget to come back to this page to complete the Ministry Compliance Agreement!

  4.   Read and complete the CEF Ministry Compliance Agreement form.
