Hosting includes:
* Inviting the children (using invitations we provide)
* Setting up the area (finding a good, shady spot where you can set up a blanket if outdoors; open room with space for activities, if indoors)
* Providing refreshments (cookies, chips, fruit, popsicles, etc.)
* Participating in the club activities (optional)
