VOLUNTEER APPLICATION & STEPS FOR NEW BACKGROUND CHECK

 

FIRST:  Complete each of the following 3 steps prior to applying online.  

   1.  Read the USA Child Protection Policy.

  2.  Call 1-866-878-4182 and listen to the Protecting Today's Child recording, or view the video below.

 

   3.   Read and complete the CEF Statement of Faith & Worker's Compliance Agreement form

 

A few important tips before you begin the online application: 

 

  a. Since this is a rescreening, you may type "5-yr" in the following fields:  testimony, ministry experience and all references.

  b. The system will time-out after approximately 10 minutes of no activity.

  c. The application /screening process must be completed in 30 minutes or less. 

  d.  If you experience problems with the driver's license fields, they may be skipped.
