What is Good News Club?

       Good News Club is a CEF ministry in which trained and screened teachers meet with groups of children in schools, homes, community centers, churches, apartment complexes - just about anywhere children can meet easily and safely.

    This action-packed time also includes songs, a Bible lesson, Scripture memory, a missions story, review game and other fun activities focused on the lesson's theme.

      Children will learn that God loves them. Every person has value. They will learn how to show love to others, how to find victory in hard times and how God can help them to do right!

 

Following is a list of schools where Good News Clubs are being scheduled in the     2024-2025 school year.  In many schools, an online registration form is available by clicking  on your school name below.  If there is no live link, the schedule is not yet approved, or the comments will indicate if a form is available in the school office.

DeMotte Elementary School - Good News Club usually begins in January. Watch for dates to be announced toward the end of 2024!

 

Homan Elementary School, Schererville - Good News Club starts September 17th and runs through May6th. Click on your school name to register!

 

MacArthur Elementary School, Cedar Lake  - This Club starts September 12,and runs through April 10th, 2025.  Click the school name to register.

 

Myers Elementary School, Portage. Good News Club is scheduled to meet on Thursdays after school until 3:30pm, from November 7 to April 24

 

Porter Lakes Elementary, Hebron - Good News Club starts on October 7, 2024 and will continue to April 14, 2024.  Watch for flyers from school. 

 

Protsman Elementary, Dyer - Good News Club starts Sept 12th and runs through May 22nd.  Click on your school name to proceed to the registration.

 

South Haven Elementary School, Portage - Good News Club is scheduled to meet weekly beginning October 17, 2024, from school dismissal to 3:30pm. 

 

Timothy Ball Elementary, Crown Point - Good News Club is starting on September 12th, and runs through May 29th, 2025.  Click on your school name to proceed to the registration.

 

Watson Elementary, Schererville - Good News Club starts September 16th and runs through May 19th. Click on your school name to register!
